this is our new home. photo taken moments after the reality of the money situation had sunk in.

so we figured, after a pretty big effort, seeing as though we weren't going to find somewhere to stay we may as well get a bus back to oslo and go and get some lunch. this was after lunch, before taking a nap in the park.

we went to the tivoli amusement park! it was fantastic!

swingy thing over the water provides the best view of stockholm. got some pretty serious attitude from a young girl though.

giant chocolate! so many people walking around huge toblerones and kex (like kitkat).

el's husband : worst. juggler. ever.

long story

the short version is that el and i stayed up late, walked to this giant dome/sphere and discovered that there was a house on top.

and then snuck into a hotel. did i mention we couldn't go home?

hung out on a balcony for a while because if we had stayed inside we probably would have fallen asleep in the incredibly comfy lounge area.

and then we figured we may as well have some breakfast too...

and this was later that afternoon, out in the sunshine.
